Does The Yoplait Diet Work Does This Sound Like A Good Way To Lose 20-30 Pounds?

Does this sound like a good way to lose 20-30 pounds? - does the yoplait diet work

I am 13 years old and has a diet. Btw I'm a figure skater and practice, at least 7 hours per week. This is what Ive done to the last 2 days HTE and I wanted to know if the 20-30 pounds less in June, so comfortable (breathing, do not fit) into my dress for graduation. Also, because I want to be thin and have a flat belly with cute lil line lol ... and maybe your lil cuz my arms are .... Soo seriously low ... lol. Toner and legs.
Clock 9: Nutri-Grain Bar
10 hours: Yoplait Whips Raspberry mousse yogurt
1 clock: Apple-N-Out cheeseburgers without onions, tomatoes and style without protein.
3 Clock: Taco salad, salad especially
Clock 6: 2 slices of peanut butter (12 wholemeal bread)
Exercise 7-8 hours: 20 minutes of kickboxing, 20 minutes of aerobic and20 minutes after the starch (AB exercises, squats, lunges, push-ups, etc. .. not pesos)

So today ...
8 Clock: Nutri Grain bar
10 hours: Yoplait Whips Raspberry mousse yogurt and cheese stick
1 clock: 2 blocks with a batch of peanut butter and a piece of sliced cheese
4 hours: small bowl of chili
no training
8 Clock: 2 slices of toast with peanut butter


Is it appropriate? Today I had a lil low, healthy stuff .. Lol Chille and was probably not the best .. lol
Ive only been doing this yesterday and plan to continue idet. In trying to eat meals throughout the day to increase my metabolism. not "diet" sounds like it will work? IM planning on, at least every two days. THANK YOU!
